One definition of leadership – Mary L.

The following blog was written by a student that attended one of my Leadership Labs. The writing was in response to the question “How would you define leadership?”
Leadership. Most people accept the world’s standards of a leader. Society says you need a lot of people to follow you, and a popular opinion. This is not entirely true. A leader can be anyone. You can be a leader. You don’t need to have the perfect goal or exciting plans to achieve that goal. You need God. A leader is someone who believes in a goal and works with others to achieve that goal. A leader is someone who is ready to sacrifice themselves for their team, to become one of their followers, to connect. God can make this happen.
